At Drivse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
